Once you confirm a reservation rooms are held for your exclusive occupation. We do not have a policy of overbooking. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations affect us significantly. This is why we apply the following cancellation policy:

  • A minimum of 10 days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation/amendment of a reservation over peak periods (e.g.: Holiday Weekends etc.)
  • A minimum of 72 hours notice from check in time is required for the cancellation/amendment of a reservation over non-peak periods.
